I had a fantastic time at the Shoreham. the staff were so nice and the upgraded suite was amazing. the spa facilities exceeded my expectations. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! the photos don't do justice to the beautiful spa area.

A charming hotel with lush gardens and a grand ambiance for celebrating special occasions. Hotel staff attentive to requests and beautiful views from the room. The fitness center was top-notch. Only hiccup - thin walls in the Parkside building.

This hotel was set in a central area so close to the zoo and many restaurants, many other eating establishments and Capital One Arena. I was here for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast.

Clean hotel, staff and rooms were great. The room was impeccably clean with comfortable beds, I liked it.

The lobby was like stepping into a fancy 1930s Italian movie set, and the staff were real pros, always with a smile. The hotel is in a sweet area, close to all the cool stuff, plenty of good eats all around. 🌆

Extremely comfy bed in a double room with central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe. The staff was efficient and attentive, the breakfast offered was delicious with lots of food. The location was favourable, just a pleasant stroll away from a famous zoo.

The amenities are top-notch - the swimming pool is a hit and the bar restaurant is delicious, plus the concierge David really knows his stuff. The serene spa lounge and relaxing outdoor pool are perfect for unwinding, and the sun terrace offers a great place to bask in the sun. The temperature control in the room could use a tweak as the air conditioning near the bed left me either sweating or freezing, but overall, a fantastic stay! 🔆

The entire staff was friendly, the valet service was quick, and the room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting the zoo and nearby restaurants. We can't wait to book our next visit in September!

The hotel is located in a great spot as there are many nice little food places within walking distance. Guests can also find eateries close by in the DC area. The rooms are comfortable and come with great amenities such as large walk-in closets and comfortable beds. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Some guests have reported that the breakfast buffet was not extensive, but it was still decent.

Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist, which made my vacation more enjoyable.

There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't like. the valet parking was extremely expensive at a rate of $55 per day, which added to the overall cost of my stay.
